DARCH -- BIRD
North Byron, Feb. 1.-- Allen Darch, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ray Darch of Byron, and Miss Nellie Bird, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Bird of Clarendon, were married last Thursday evening at the Methodist parsonage in Holley. The Rev. Lorren M. Stiles officiated. They were unattended. A pre-nuptial event was a variety shower given by Mrs. Hugh Butcher. Mr. and Mrs. Darch will live with the groom's parents until spring, when they will begin housekeeping in a house on Mr. Darch's parents' farm.
